Based on computer setup and signals received, the following configuration is assumed
(note that this would need to be changed for best use of Envoy8x because 8 unique transmitter channels must be specified per receiver)

Envoy8x Receiver defined as LGNC_A (names updated Sep2013 from WDTU software collecting live data using main screen and Database Receiver Devices screen)

2: VP2+ ISS_2 (weather station #4 at top of LNE trail, no repeater)
3: Leaf/Soil Moisture_3 (Leaf/Soil station #2, east ridge via repeaters H & another)

5: VP2  ISS_5 (weather station #2 on east ridge via repeaters H and another, not currently receiving data)
6: VP2  ISS_6 (weather station #3 on west ridge via repeaters D and another, not receiving intermittent data)
7: Leaf/Soil Moisture_7 (station #3 on west ridge via repeaters D and another, currently receiving intermittent data)
8: N/A


Need to test each weather station with local console (no repeater), then with local console via local repeater, 
then move down the line to test at with console at next repeater
